Brand Ambassador Job Duties:
Under direction from the Selling Manager, the Brand Ambassador is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building individual and vendor line sales volumes, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, working effectively with other team members and establishing new accounts, while demonstrating consistent adherence to company standards and procedures. Additionally, the Brand Ambassador will drive the business of a specific vendor line by focusing on client development, communication of vendor initiatives, and leading and developing the line’s business. Utilizing Omni 8’s marketing systems, the Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving their business and creating their success.

Event Specialist

Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a campaign manager.

 
Job Duties:
  • Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
  • Conduct 2nd round screening of candidates to determine eligibility.
  • Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests.
  • Train and Supervise Brand Ambassadors.

HR/Administrative Assistant

Back end support for events team and growth of organization

 
Job Duties:
  • Call  and pre-screen prospective candidates with HR team.
  • Review resumes and monitor applicant stream process.
  • Code/Badge new Account executives and Brand Ambassadors for events as per Clients requirements.
  • Check on all compliance and licenses for events.
  • Monitor front desk and lobby.
  • Work closely with management on company expansion and future growth plans.
  • Train new assistants to keep pace with events team and for expansion

Marketing Internship

Back end support for events team and growth of organization

As an intern you’ll be the face of our client as you explain our client’s products and services in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. People with an outgoing personality and a great sense of humour often enjoy this part of the role, and the more customers you attract, the more sales you make!
As you develop your skills sets through the training provided, other opportunities to progress may also become available. This includes the opportunity of full time work, leadership opportunities and even managerial positions further down the line.
